Lessons Learnt the Hard Way

It's unfair to expect someone else to live your dreams and fantasies like you do.
To expect him to eat, sleep, breathe, live, love and worship them like you do.

To tyrannize love, strike off its wings, so it may never fly again...and never leave you.
To pin all your hopes on it, put all your faith in it.

To give everything you have, to expose every little secret and a hope of a shared dream...and still be afraid of being laughed at/stepped on/hurt miserably.

It's unfair to want to become someone you never can become.
And to still be that someone in your dreams.

To hold on to what you have so tightly, that it leaves red angry burns on your hand but still slips out.
To blame your dreams, your love, your faith and yourself.
